All Are Called…

“Grounded in a deep belief that we are all prophets, Unitarian Universalists ask, “How can we faithfully meet the demands of our time?” The call to witness and act for justice in our society and in the world is clear. So, too, is the call to examine our structures and practices, dismantling and transforming those which fail to recognize the full humanity of all people and to honor the interdependent web of life. Join us in Kansas City as we dive deeply into questions of mission for our Unitarian Universalist Association, for our congregations and communities, and for each of us as individuals.”

The 2018 General Assembly of the Unitarian Universalist Association of Congregations (all 26 syllables of it) will convene at the Kansas City (MO) Convention Center from Wednesday, June 20th thru Sunday, June 24th.  It is not too early to begin planning for this annual event.

To attend, in person, you must be Registered.

GA Registration, will simultaneously open on Thursday March 1st

Everyone is encouraged to use the UUA system(s) for securing accommodations, because of our commitments (and discounts received for subsidized space).  The GA Headquarters hotel will be the Kansas City Marriott Downtown.

One way to enhance the GA experience, is by Volunteering.  The application process for volunteering will also open on March 1st.  Applications must be submitted before April 1st.  If you plan to apply do not register, until you know whether, or not you have been accepted.  Volunteers receive a waiver of their Registration Fee in return for 18 hours of service.
