This event is held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month from 7pm – 8pm
Led by Pete Dignan
Spiritual practices help us become more centered, connect to something larger than our own egos, and grow more compassionate. Join us for 20 minutes of silent meditation, followed by 5 minutes of walking meditation, followed by 15 minutes of silent meditation. This will leave 20 minutes to share our experiences with one another (“I statements” only; no teaching nor advising).
If you are new to meditation, please arrive 15 minutes early for a brief introduction.
