Weekly on Wednesdays (March 28), through April 18, 2018 (holidays will typically be skipped), 12-1 pm – This class is led by Bud Spear and is open to all levels of experience. Tai Chi can be thought of as “moving meditation.” It is wonderful for relaxation, balance, enhancing your focus, and toning your muscles. Whatever your level of expertise, you can readily practice movements at home. The more you practice, the more balanced and graceful you will feel in every part of your life.
*A person can start these classes any day during the year.
*A person can miss classes when needed, and not “fall behind.”
*Each class will begin with warmup Qi Gong and Tai Chi moves, and then continue from the “beginning” of the continuous Tai Chi movements. Each class will repeat what was learned previously, and then add a few new movements.
*Newcomers during the year will “struggle” to keep up, but can watch other people that are more advanced.
*If several people are beginning during the middle of the year, Bud will schedule a special session or two especially for them so they won’t feel so far behind.
