Growing a Garden of Love

Our Annual Pledge Canvass Kicks off March 17, 2019. The theme this year is “Growing a Garden of Love” because that is what we do! The world needs Unitarian Universalism – a religion free of dogma yet full of opportunities to transform ourselves and help transform the world. Unitarian Universalist Church of Boulder offers this to the community. We are making a difference in people’s lives – providing spiritual growth, nurturing all ages, caring for the planet, and spreading seeds of justice.

UUCB is financially solid. Church leaders are responsible and skilled. We are living our mission. And you are generous people. Thank you for making it all possible!

Why Pledge?

Our annual fiscal year is July 1 through June 30. The annual budget is built based on pledge commitments for that time period.  There are a few other sources of income (building use fees, special fundraisers), but 80% of our income comes from pledges.

You do not need to be a church member to pledge. If you’ve never pledged before, please consider making this commitment to the community.

Pledging is required for membership.  If you have pledged before, and it is easy to imagine, consider moving up a commitment level from where you were last year.

If you are unable to pledge financially right now but want to become a member or retain membership, contact Rev. Kelly to become a part of our waiver program.
