We honor members, friends, visitors
Our thoughts and good wishes continue to be with: Sally Campbell who is recovering from surgery because of a fall last month.
Congratulations, Good Luck, Blessings, and Thanks to: Becky & Jerry Palmer’s daughter Stephanie has given them their first grandchild, Jackson Palmer LeBlanc who was born in Lafayette on November 19th weighing 6 lbs 10 oz and 20 inches long. Ted Burnham is the proud Uncle of his first “nibling” (like “sibling”, a gender-neutral term for niece or nephew) who was born November 27th to sister Anna in Boston. Welcome Rex Nicolo Paternoster. Chris & Tom Zanoni’s grandson Larry graduated from high school last month in Houston Texas. Joel Fishbein’s grandmother turned an active, healthy 82 last month. Beth & Ed Schmahl’s daughter Katie was engaged last month.
Special Welcome to New Members: Sam Alvarez, Bonnie Cobb, Bill Galerstein, Burton Lee, Suzanne Lee, Bonnie Lloyd, Sharla Lovern, Alice Penton, Joan Rinner, and Carol Teal. We are very pleased that you joined us at such an exciting time in our church’s history. We wish you an enjoyable spiritual journey with us.
Random Thoughts: For those who have traveled our journey with raising two grandchildren, Alac and Sariah since 2016. The court case is closed, and Sariah has been returned to her mother, and living in Colorado Springs. Alac was old enough to chose, and resides with us. We had Sariah for Thanksgiving, and will hopefully see her during spring break.

Last month for a belated 81st birthday gift Fred took me out to dinner and to see Loving Vincent. If you are a Van Gogh fan, as I have been since my college days at the Kansas City Art Institute you will enjoy this very different, beautiful, incredible movie.
Here’s to a happy, very healthy New Year to each of YOU and YOURS.
With Love & Care, Barb
