While we have a guest in sanctuary, it is important to let the door hosts know who will be in the building, where they will be, and for how long.
If you get a request for an event that is happening within 24 hours (or before the next office hours – Monday-Wednesday 10-1pm), please email the office admin (firstname.lastname@example.org), and text the Sanctuary Volunteer phone (720.765.9423).
Please do the same for a last minute cancellation.
Please note that this is not the preferred way to schedule an event. We hope that every person using the church for a meeting or event will schedule a space by emailing the office with as much lead time as possible… the rooms fill up fast!
If we follow this process, the door host will not be caught off-guard by events not on the calendar!
