Basic Goodness and Emergent Strategy

We are born to tell stories and to understand the world; it’s simply the way our brains are wired. At the same time, we each long for truth and authenticity in our storytelling, even as we change. What holds the center for us? We’ll explore this question and the intersection of mindfulness and radical change. Rev. Dr. Amy Rowland is a UU community minister affiliated with UUCB. She is a professor and consultant and served as our Ministerial Resident in 2013. Programming for youth and children provided, nursery care available.

Lessons from the UUA General Assembly

General Assembly (GA) is the annual meeting of our Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA). Attendees worship, witness, learn, connect, and make policy for the Association through democratic process. Come hear from UUCB members who attended. It’s always a great service to help us deepen our UU identity. Programming for children and youth provided, nursery care available.

Thresholds: Service for All Ages

Join Rev. Dana for a fun service for all ages exploring the many thresholds of our lives. We, as a church, are crossing another threshold into a new ministry. Let’s consider together how we want to enter this important time. Nursery care provided.
