Please drop in! \nWhat to expect: a typical Board round table runs from 10-10:45am on select Sundays. We’ll offer Zoom access if requested and hope this timeframe will accommodate both 9am and 11am service attendees as well as those who watch the service remotely. \nWe will start with a Chalice Lighting\, a brief review of respectful relationships and a short update from the Board. The rest of the Roundtable will be for your questions\, ideas and comments. We would absolutely LOVE to have you!  \nIf you’re new\, it might be easiest to jump into a rehearsal right after we’ve sung in a service: this means we’ll all be starting fresh with new music! DESCRIPTION:Senior Salon is an open discussion group for seniors. We meet “in-person” in the Sunshine Canyon Room\, at Fraiser Meadows Retirement Center (350 Ponca Place\, Boulder) on the second Wednesday of each month; from 10:00 – 12:00 am.\n\n\n\n\n\nThere is no lower-age attendance criteria; members simply self-select. Existing members declare that “The purpose and mission of the UUCB Senior Salon is to openly\, respectfully and lovingly share among ourselves\, relevant stories\, and information about facing and thriving in the later stages of life.” \nSenior Salon also meets (via Zoom) on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month. from 10:00 – 11:00 am. DESCRIPTION:This welcoming\, all-levels yoga session begins with a short dharma talk exploring the benefits of yoga for the mind\, body\, and soul. It will continue with a gentle movement practice accessible to everyone. A limited number of mats will be available to borrow if needed. \n\n\n\nCiara Martin\, UUCB member and founder of the Planted Yogi\, holds a PhD in toxicology and a yoga teacher certification.  Ciara brings a unique East-meets-West perspective that weaves modern science together with traditional wisdom.
