DESCRIPTION:This welcoming\, all-levels yoga session begins with a short dharma talk exploring the benefits of yoga for the mind\, body\, and soul. It will continue with a gentle movement practice accessible to everyone. A limited number of mats will be available to borrow if needed. \n\n\n\nCiara Martin\, UUCB member and founder of the Planted Yogi\, holds a PhD in toxicology and a yoga teacher certification.  Ciara brings a unique East-meets-West perspective that weaves modern science together with traditional wisdom.

DESCRIPTION:Senior Salon is an open discussion group for seniors. We meet “in-person” in the Sunshine Canyon Room\, at Fraiser Meadows Retirement Center (350 Ponca Place\, Boulder) on the second Wednesday of each month; from 10:00 – 12:00 am.\n\n\n\n\n\nThere is no lower-age attendance criteria; members simply self-select. Existing members declare that “The purpose and mission of the UUCB Senior Salon is to openly\, respectfully and lovingly share among ourselves\, relevant stories\, and information about facing and thriving in the later stages of life.” \nSenior Salon also meets (via Zoom) on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month. from 10:00 – 11:00 am. DESCRIPTION:At our one all-ages 10:00am service this week\, celebrate the 103nd anniversary of this annual Unitarian service! Norbert Čapek\, founder of the Unitarian Church in Czechoslovakia\, saw the need to unite the diverse congregants of his church from varying Protestant\, Catholic\, and Jewish faiths. For this reason\, in 1923\, he honored the universal beauty of nature by having a communion of flower instead of the Eucharist. Please bring a flower to share during the service.  With music from the Choir. \n  \nPlease note\, there will not be a 9am or 11am service.  We will have a pancake breakfast for all at 9am and our Annual Meeting following the 10am service.
