Did you know that the Colorado Constitution has a ban on marriage for same-sex couples, narrowly passed in 2006? If the 2015 U.S. Supreme Court decision that made marriage equality the law of the land is overturned, same-sex marriage would no longer be legal in Colorado.

This November, Colorado voters have a chance to ensure that same-sex couples can continue to get married in our state by voting on Amendment J! Which means that YOU can get involved to help protect the Freedom to Marry!
