We offer comprehensive sexuality education for all life stages using the Our Whole Lives (OWL) curriculum. Honest, accurate information about sexuality changes lives. It dismantles stereotypes and assumptions, builds self-acceptance and self-esteem, fosters healthy relationships, improves decision making, and has the potential to save lives. While this curriculum is secular, it is grounded in values that mirror our UU values. It celebrates the diversity of sexual expression, gender identity, sexual orientations, and families.
Alternating years, we offer 4th/5th Grade OWL in the Fall, Kindergarten/1st Grade OWL in the Winter, Rising 8th/9th Grade OWL as a week long Summer Camp the last weekend in May and first week in June, and offer 11th/12th Grade OWL as a weekend retreat. Adult OWL Classes are offered as Saturday workshops throughout the year. These are announced and have registration links in our newsletter.
