Covenant and Creativity Matters Groups focus on a different theme each month. Using Soul Matters materials which include readings and media, as well as thought-provoking questions and exercises, we reflect on our own and then share thoughts and experiences in group meetings. We practice respectful deep listening and confidentiality within the group. A minimum of 6, maximum of 8 people (including a facilitator) participate in each group. Most Covenant Groups meet together bi-monthly for 6 sessions, with each group meeting at different times and days. All adults are welcome, including newcomers to UUCB!
