SoUUl Expressions, the UU Church of Boulder art gallery which launched this winter, invites UUCB artists to submit their work for consideration in our upcoming exhibition, “Everything Art.” This exhibition will showcase a diverse range of artworks that explore the “Everything Art” theme. All ages are welcome!

We are excited to offer you this opportunity to display your art in the gallery. We believe that art is an essential aspect of spirituality and is welcomed in this place.

Submission Guidelines:
– Artwork may be submitted by members and friends of UUCB.
– Artists may submit up to four pieces of artwork for consideration.
– Artists may price their works. Any sales will be handled privately between the artist and the buyer. We suggest giving a 20% commission to the church.
– Art works are limited to pieces that can be hung on the wall and are not unusually heavy. Each piece must be wired and ready for hanging. See YouTube video “how to wire art for hanging” for help with wiring protocol.
– Submitted artwork should be no larger than 24 inches by 36 inches. Fiber art may be larger, as long as it is not unusually heavy.
– Submission Deadline: April 10th , 2024.
Exhibition Dates: May 1st , 2024, to July 31st , 2024.

How to Submit:
– Email submissions to uucbart@gmail.com, with the subject line “Submissions: Everything Art.”
– Include images of your artwork (jpeg format, no larger than 5 MB per image). If you are unfamiliar with computers, we will arrange in-person viewing of photos of your artwork.
– In the body of the email, include your name, contact information, and a list of your submitted artworks, with titles.
