Kay Crider, a Unitarian Universalist Capital Campaign Consultant, is coming to UUCB in late April to do a Financial Feasibility Study as part of our planning around a building project. Kay will be conducting confidential interviews of approximately 20% of our UUCB households. We have selected a diverse cross-section of our congregation to participate in the study, ensuring that the results will be representative of our collective opinions and give us feedback about the project and its likely financial scope.

Kay has twenty-five years of professional fundraising experience. She has worked with many UU congregations as well as secular nonprofits on building and stewardship campaigns. As a Unitarian Universalist, Kay is passionate about helping our congregations fund their ministries through successful annual and capital projects. Her fundraising expertise, understanding of UU values and culture, as well as work in the nonprofit and education sectors, places her in a unique position to work well with UUCB to provide us with the framework and tools to succeed.
