The congregation elects the Board of Trustees whose main function is strategic: are we as a congregation focused on the key things we need to do to live out our mission? The Board sets major goals, oversees the finances of the congregation, and serves as an accountability partner with the staff team. We seek a diverse set of perspectives for the seven-member Board: a mix of identities, and of folks with leadership experience in different contexts.
