This month we will have a summer potluck and drumming near the St. Vrain river in Lyons, CO. Comment here if you need to carpool. It is 30 minutes from UUCB. Please bring a potluck item, a drum if you have one (Di will be bringing several), and a camping chair (Linda has chairs, but a few extras would be welcome) We will meet at the trolley near the river– park on the road in front of her house, then take the path just to the left of the house (double track visible on the invitation photo) down to the trolley. Handicap parking is available, call Debbie at 720-233-3922 for more information about parking/carpooling.
Directions From Lyons
— Go thru downtown Lyons where there is a T‐intersection where US36 goes right toward Estes Park and HW7 goes left toward Allenspark.
— Take the left on HW7
— Go about one‐half mile to just past Lyons town end and take the first left on Old South St. Vrain Road.
— Immediately cross bridge over South St. Vrain Creek and take quick left again just over bridge on County Road 69
— House is a couple hundred yards on the left with an “83” on the gate post. If you come to a T‐intersection, you have just missed it.
