The Finance Council works closely with our bookkeeper to supervise and report on the finances of the congregation. Everything we do is self-supported through contributions of the church community; we don’t receive outside funding. The Finance Team gives crucial oversight of the way money is used to carry out the mission of the church – balancing optimism, pragmatism, and a close eye on the details. The team has a mix of people with financial management experience and those with less, but a shared love of spreadsheets!
