UUCB’s Annual Business Meeting is coming up on May 18th at 11:00! It should be a fund day: gather for a pancake breakfast at 9:00, and our all ages flower service at 10:00. And while adults are in the Business Meeting electing officers and voting on a budget, kids are invited to the Kids Annual Meeting with lunch, games, and activities.

The Board and Staff Team want to give as much opportunity as possible for you to get as much information as you want ahead of time. (The middle of a business meeting isn’t really the ideal place to learn and process brand-new information in depth…) Here’s how to dig in:

• Budget Forums and Q&A. UUCB will vote to approve our budget at the Annual Meeting in May.  If you are interested in finer detail than will be shared at the annual meeting or just like to nerd out on the numbers, please join members of the Finance Council and Board of Trustees on the following Sundays: April 27th, May 4th and May 11th, from 10-11:00am at UUCB. There will be a short presentation of this year’s budget, followed by a question and answer period.
• Religious Education Roadmap with Rachel. Rachel will hold the year-end parents & caregivers meeting May 4th from 10:00-11:30. While kids have snacks and activities, she’ll walk families through a look back at this year and a look ahead at what’s planned. Then, at 12:30 that same day, she’ll offer a session for anyone interested in the congregation. Stop by to find out whats ahead for RE!
• UUCB Program Preview with Rev. David. On May 11th at 12:30, Rev. David offers an informal preview of what’s planned in the coming year, and time for feedback and any questions that you might have.
