Like all Unitarian Universalist congregations, we are democratically run by our members through their elected leaders. Our elected leaders work in partnership with the Lead Minister. The Board and elected leaders focus on governance: vision, mission, and oversight. The Lead Minister and staff team focus on ministry: the implementation of the vision on the ground in partnership with Ministry Teams.
