The Leadership Development Team recruits nominees for elected positions within the church, and serves an important role in training and development around leadership for the whole congregation. They offer training to deepen and expand our sense of what leadership looks like at UUCB – how our mission and values inform what we do, how our process and practice is similar and different from leadership in other contexts.
