9:00am Service – Fascism Begins at Home

Unitarian Universalist Church of Boulder

History doesn't repeat, but it does instruct. The obvious and iconic signs of tyranny like book burnings and mass violence may keep us from recognizing the early warning signs that we should be paying attention to.

9:00am Service – The End of Just War

Unitarian Universalist Church of Boulder

10:00am Service – Flower Service

Unitarian Universalist Church of Boulder

Celebrate the 101st anniversary of this annual Unitarian service at this one intergenerational 10:00am service! Norbert Čapek, founder of the Unitarian Church in Czechoslovakia, saw the need to unite the diverse congregants of his church from varying Protestant, Catholic, and Jewish faiths. For this reason, in 1923, he honored the universal beauty of nature by having a communion of flower instead of the Eucharist. Please bring a flower to share during the service.
