UU Church of Boulder offers children and youth a place to explore religion, cultivate values, and discover their own spiritual path. We offer families a place to connect and support one another on the journey of life, parenting, and caretaking.
UUCB Religious Education offers a place to re-center and slow down amidst the pace of contemporary family life. Making space to intentionally reconnect with ourselves and what’s most important in our lives is a practice that can start at any age. We do this in age-appropriate ways in our Religious Education classes, Youth Group, Intergenerational services, and Family events. At UUCB, children and youth are offered a variety of practices that will help them continue to connect deeply with themselves, others, and their values throughout their lives, and experiences that enable them to know how important this practice is.
UUCB has programming for all ages of children and youth. We have a nursery for our youngest members during our services. We offer Religious Education classes for Pre-k through 5th Grade during our 9am and 11am services. We have Middle and High School Youth Groups that meet the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month from 5-7pm for dinner, spiritual exploration, and fun. For parents and caregivers we offer quarterly Family’s Night Out events that offer parents and caregivers a place to connect while their kids enjoy programming down the hallway.
